The circumstance leading to the meeting between our family and your company occurred because the front of our home was destroyed in a freak accident.
Even in this sad scenario, some good news showed up. Because of this rather strange occurrence, we've had the good fortune to meet and watch your talented employees at work. We observed a variety of Landmark employees in the last couple of months. We particularly want to offer our thanks and appreciation for the actions, courteous behavior, and service attitude of Rusty Bramlett. He was our introduction to your firm and a refreshing experience. Others in his position, have shown up, written down what they observe, provide you with a business card, and tell you that they'll hear from you later. That was not the case with Rusty. He went above and beyond with his service and support; addressing our needs and exceeding our expectations. He initiated contract on our behalf; served as a liaison between us and the insurance offices outside of Memphis, worked with Jim on matching his work schedule flow with our needs, and generally served as your agent and our advocate - a tricky line to stay on.
