About Landmark Construction

Art Kuntzman, owner of Landmark Construction,  has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  Over 18 years of this experience is involved in insurance restoration/ repair work.  His education and  background experience as a project manager, job foreman, estimator and carpenter has provided the knowledge and expertise of job cost, time management and customer satisfaction.  He has shared his knowledge of the job with his 5 estimators, 4 project managers and over 28 full-time employees, all of which work directly for Landmark Construction.

Landmark has been involved in residential and commercial properties ranging from small losses to catastrophic losses.  Their experience provides expertise in a wide array of projects.  Every employee is dedicated to their position at Landmark Construction and to providing each homeowner with unconditional customer satisfaction.

When disaster strikes, our job is to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.  Whether the project is commercial or residential, we want to get you back in business or back at home with minimal interruption in your lifestyle... and in the most cost effective way possible.

We employ modern innovations such as digital photography, computerized key cad drawings and electronic claims processing to speed the job along and to make sure you are fully compensated for your loss, while being assured of quality workmanship.

Landmark Construction currently holds contracting licenses in the states of Tennessee and Mississippi and we are also a member of the Better Business Bureau
